EVENT AT NEW D.C. HOME FOCUSES ON AFGHANISTAN
Alum Shares Post-Conflict Lessons 
Alumni near Washington, D.C., are invited to a special forum on a critical issue, post-conflict reconstruction. The April 2 event will serve to highlight the work of an accomplished Maxwell alumna while providing a chance to visit the School's new home and collaborative partner in the nation's capital, the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

GETTING READY FOR 90
In case you haven’t heard, the Maxwell School turns 90 this fall.  We opened on October 3, 1924, with an MPA program, an undergrad course in citizenship, and a weekly political science seminar. Those were the seeds of what became the Maxwell School — larger and more diverse, but still, at its core, balancing professional training for public service with citizenship education and the social sciences.
